PDK for Rapidus 2nm process due in Q1 2026

Rapidus has signed an MoU with Keysight Technologies to develop a PDK for its 2nm process to be delivered to initial customers by Q1 2026. A new chip company called Rapidus, backed by the government, is being set up in Japan to establish a 2nm logic process.
