Q1 NAND price up 85-90%

Q1 NAND Flash prices are expected to surge 85–90% QoQ, says TrendForce.

In Q4, revenue of the top five NAND flash suppliers rose 23.8% QoQ to US$21.17 billion.

The primary growth driver was demand for enterprise SSDs, fuelled by large-scale AI server deployments by North American CSPs.


Q1 NAND price up 85-90%

In Q4, Samsung retained its top position with $6.6 billion in revenue, up 10% QoQ, though its market share slipped to 28%.


SK Group (SK hynix and Solidigm) saw revenue jump 47.8% QoQ to approximately $5.21 billion for a market share of 22.1%.

Kioxia was third with revenue of $3.31 billion, up 16.5% QoQ.

Micron placed fourth with revenue reaching almost $3.03 billion, up 24.8% QoQ.

SanDisk also recorded revenue of approximately $3.03 billion, up 31.1% QoQ, and ranking fifth.
