Anglia offering faster NPI service

Anglia Components is offering design engineers a faster NPI programme by posting NPIs on the Anglia Live e-commerce platform within 48 hours of release by the manufacturer.

It will also have samples available free of charge, enabling customers to differentiate their next projects by integrating the latest cutting-edge products from a line-up of world class suppliers.

The company’s NPI Express email now details a selection of the latest NPI’s from its broad base of world class suppliers which have been recently added to the Anglia Live website. Published monthly, the NPI Express newsletter will give design engineers visibility, and most importantly, access to free samples of these NPI’s via Anglia’s unique Ezysample service.

Anglia offering faster NPI service

John Bowman, Marketing Director at Anglia, commented: “We know that NPI samples are the lifeblood of new designs, but unless you are a very large customer, they can be difficult to access when they are first introduced. Initially, in the middle of last year, we launched our Ezysample ‘no questions asked’ service with STMicroelectronics covering all chip NPIs from the company to the UK and European design community. Now we have extended that program to cover our franchise base.”

Anglia’s operating commitment to holding a large, uncommitted inventory at its headquarters in the UK is key to the deliverability of NPI’s, because it means that Anglia always has product available and ready to ship.

The Anglia Live eCommerce platform – open to UK and EU customers – means that orders placed up to 17:00 (CET) Monday to Thursday are despatched same day and delivered in one or two days. Finally, Anglia works to build long-standing, close relationships with its manufacturing partners, enabling the distributor to introduce innovative, customer-focused programs such as Ezysample and its accompanying NPI Express newsletter.

The new monthly NPI Express newsletter will detail the latest NPIs released during the month, and users can view and filter by date all the latest NPI products added to Anglia Live.
