The company announced Clifford Robinson (pictured) as managing director Europe, based in the UK. Minky Lam has also joined the company as senior director of Asia sales & marketing. Many of the company’s products are made in Asia and the company has now increased its sales focus there.

President Mark Burr-Lonnon said that growth in China was 36% last year and 60% in the rest of Asia.  Industry segments of interest here are EVs, connected smart homes, medical and transportation. “EVs have been been slightly less . . . more disappointing than we all would have liked but it still growing,” he said. Other areas of growth are agritech and test and measurement, he added.

A 5,000 sq m facility in the Philippines is also under construction.
