Industrial 5G cellular-to-Ethernet bridge

D-Link has launched a dual-SIM 5G cellular-to-Ethernet bridging router for machine-to-machine communication.

DWM-314-G 5G has a built-in four-port Gbit/s Ethernet switch and two separate 5G interfaces.

“Additionally, secure [OpenVPN, Wireguard] VPN capabilities safeguard data transmission, ensuring robust security for all connected devices,” added D-Link.


D Link DWM 314 G Ethernet to cellular bridge modemEach cellular connection gets its own micro-SIM card (‘3FF’ size), two antennas (four total, via SMA-F), and can switch between 5G and 4G for failover redundancy if one carrier network is down.


Operation is over -30 to 70°C and 9 – 36Vdc, and the 131 x 99 x 40mm case is corrosion-resistant zinc-plated steel with both wall-mount and DIN-rail options.
