Size options are 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206 and 1210, tolerance can be as good as ±0.1%, and temperature stability can be ±10ppm/°C, except for the 0201 size which is ±25ppm/°C at its best.
The highest resistance available is 3.01MΩ.
Operating range is again -55 to +175°C, humidity effects (|ΔR/R|) are under 0.1% (85°C 85%RH 1,000h).
Sulphur resistance testing is to ASTM B 809 (90ºC 1,000h) and ANSI/EIA-977 (105ºC 1,000h).
