Space-Comm Expo Europe 2026 heading to London

The ExCeL Centre, in London, will be hosting Space-Comm Expo Europe on 4-5 March (Wednesday – Thursday), featuring an exhibition, keynote presentations, and a conference programme.

More than 5,400 people are expected to attend – from governments, business and academia – along with 250 exhibitors and 200 international speakers.

The event will feature speakers from NASA, ESA, UN, NATO, UKSA and various space agencies. There will also be business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, scientists, and academics, promise the organisers


It is now in its sixth year.


Note, it is free to attend the expo, whilst a paid pass is required for the conference theatres and business programmes. Themes for the programme inlude Defence & National Security, Space Technology and Space Data. There are also dedicated symposiums for space investment, insurance, and law.

Exhibitors and sponsors confirmed for this year’s event include BAE Systems, Lockheed Martin, Telespazio, ViaSat, Babcock, GHGSat, Fragomen, DLA Piper, Skyrora, Relm Insurance, OHB, PA Consulting, and Sofant.

Space sector

The organisers highlight the growing importance of the space sector, both globally and for the UK. It estimates the sector is worth £18.6 billion to the UK economy, with the European Space Agency (ESA) confirming a budget of €22.1 billion from 2026-28. And the global industry will be valued at around $1 trillion by 2030.

“We are in the midst of an industrial space revolution, and right now an explosion in the dual use of satellite data and technology for defence and civilian purposes in tandem,” said Will Whitehorn OBE, Executive Chair of Space-Comm Expo.

“The SpaceX and xAI merger will be seismic for the industry and investors, with launch capacity, satellite constellations and orbital infrastructure accelerating exponentially. Space-Comm Expo Europe provides a vital forum for leaders from government, industry, and business to promote collaboration, innovation, and drive investment to help accelerate the full potential of the UK and European space sector.”

The 2024 event was held in Farnborough. And there was also Space-Comm Expo Scotland 2024 in Glasgow.
