The XTR70020 has an input voltage range of 3V to 32V, and has an output current capability greater than 2A.
It also provides several preset standard output voltages in the range 0.6V to 15V.
Other features include over current/short circuit protection, customer selectable thermal shut-down, soft start-up/shut-down and automatic transition to low quiescent current mode depending on dropout voltage.
The voltage regulator can operate from -60°C to well above +230°C, with expected lifetime of about 5 years at +230°C.
The expected lifetime of X-REL Semiconductor parts in an application operating at Tj=150°C is over 35 years.
