Specifically, the Imperial College Robotics Forum is inviting people from around the world to take part. These can be current and recent STEM postgraduates, early career researchers, or industry professionals.

Kinematics

The event includes introductory lectures on foundational topics in robotics, such as kinematics, machine learning, and sensing and control.

There will also be specialised lectures that look to explore cutting-edge research and key challenges. For example, aerial robotics and human-robot interaction.

Additionally, there will be tours of the university’s cutting-edge robotics laboratories. These include the Hamlyn Centre for Robotic Surgery, Imperial’s flagship Aerial Robotics Lab, MUVE (the MUlti-limb Virtual Environment, aka Dr. Octopus) and the Dyson Robotics Lab.

Hands-on
