BD60210FV is for two 8 – 18V 1A motors (4A peak) and comes in a 5 x 6.4mm 16pad SSOP.
It has a number of modes, including stand-by/forward/reverse over two wires, or stand-by/forward/reverse/brake over four wires, and as four half-bridges – to control a single two-phase stepper motor, for example. The two 0.95Ωtyp bridges can also be set in parallel for a single higher-current brushed dc motor.

BD64950EFJ is for a single 40V 3.5 motor (6A peak) and comes in a 4.9 x 6mm HTSOP.
As with the other IC, the output is a bridge (0.55Ω typ) to allow bi-directional operation.
Forward, reverse, brake and stand-by (open) modes are available.
For either chip, operation is over -25 to +85°C, and they draw a maximum of 1μA in stand-by.

Evaluation boards BD60210FV-EVK-001 and BD64950EFJ-EVK-001 are available for development, and parts are stocked by online distributors such as DigiKey, Mouser and Farnell.
They are intended for use in home and office appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners, printers and robotic vacuum cleaners.
