2025 Raspberry Pi revenues up 25% YoY

Four million Raspberry Pis were shipped in H2 2025, and a total of 7.6 million for FY 2025, up 9% over FY 2024.

Revenue was $323 million – up 25% YoY.

EBITDA was $46.4 million, up 25% over FY 2024, supported by strengthening demand and favourable unit economics through H2.


The gross profit per unit was $8.7 at a margin of 24% for a total gross profit of $77.8 million and a profit after tax of $21.7 million.


Net cash was $28m at year end after paying down, as previously reported, $52.2m of extended supplier payables.

2025 Raspberry Pi revenues up 25% YoYThere was strong unit growth in the US – up 56% YoY, and in China – up 62% YoY.

The company had 13 product launches in 2025 and a post year launch of AI HAT +2, which enabled customers to run advanced AI applications including LLMs and VLMs.

Enhanced versions of the RP2350 micro controller including variants with integrated NV memory.

Raspberry Pi Connect was released in Q4 serving over 400,000 connected devices with OTA (over-the-air) functionality.
