Engineer In Wonderland

Off to spend more time in Wonderland

I am leaving this blog to spend more time making things in the workshop and, hopefully, finally mastering FreeCad – amongst other mountains to climb (both intellectual and physical).

So this is a message to say goodbye, and to say thanks to all the generous folk who have passed wisdom to me through the comments section over the years – I learned a lot.

The name ‘Engineer in Wonderland’ was/is a tribute to Professor Eric Laithwaite and his book ‘The Engineer in Wonderland‘, which was based on his Royal Institution Christmas lectures that so inspired me as a child.

I was left with a wide-eyed fascination for engineering that has never diminished.

Anyway, best of luck folks.

Hi ho, hi ho…….
